What started as a desire to save my marriage ultimately became the journey that saved me.
As I searched for ways to reconnect with my husband, I discovered that the relationship I most needed to heal was the one I had with myself. My path led me through breaking patterns of people-pleasing and codependency, and into the practice of radical self-responsibility.
I learned that true healing isn't about fixing others; it's about learning to trust yourself, honor your needs, reconnect with your body, and reclaim your own wisdom.
Today, I'm passionate about helping women do the same!
I believe that when we shed the layers of conditioning and misunderstanding surrounding intimacy, emotions, and connection, something powerful happens: we come home to ourselves. That journey looks different for everyone, but I'm here to guide you toward what's possible!
Shannon is a graduate of the UT Chattanooga with a B.S. in Human Development with a focus on Marriage & Family. She is a Certified Sexual Health Educator through Indiana University, a Certified Somatic Sex & Relationship Coach. Through her work, she integrates nervous system support, somatic practices, inner child work, and relationship coaching to help women break free from old patterns and experience greater joy, authenticity, and connection.

Hannah is a Master Coach whose path to helping others began when her own life fell apart back in 2009 after her husband tragically died in a freak backyard construction accident.
Suddenly widowed and an only parent, she found herself not only facing the challenge of putting her life back together with two small children, but also facing all the unhealed parts that surfaced in her raw grief.
This incredible journey led her back to her own heart and wholeness and ultimately as a mentor to help others do the same.
Her coaching is trauma informed, based in somatics and nervous system regulation, as well as integrated through mindset practices.
Her background in fitness, holistic health coaching, mindset coaching and inner child work has created a system that allows her to treat each client in their wholeness, mind, body, and spirit.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Hannah laying on a beach with a good book on Martha’s Vineyard, skiing down the slopes in Vermont, leisurely pedaling around south Miami, or chilling with her grown kids, gal pals, long time partner or just her cat in Mystic, CT.

Certified Somatic & Inner Child Reparenting (w/ nervous system) | Founder of The RISE Collective | Host of the Live LIGHTER Podcast
Jess is a big believer that the world heals when women do. So after 18-years in corporate tech, she took the leap and leaned into the pull to support women's mental health and overall wellbeing.
What started out as burnout-focus evolved into the trifecta she now uses to support clients: Nervous System Regulation, Somatics and Inner Child Rewiring.
In addition to her business, The RISE Cellective, Jess hosts a podcast, Live LIGHTER.
When she's not working, she's going to hot yoga, hanging out in my backyard, pulling tarot cards or hanging with my family (hubs, son, daughter and dog).
